We at RACE understand that overrunning bonds can prove critical for all inhouse developers, in order to release the next development.  As such due to our internal inhouse developer experience we have, having a team which has worked at many of the major housebuilders, so we understand the processes and time constraints often implied to internal teams.  We therefore offer a bespoke service which can take on roles normally completed by the inhouse technical team.  As such we tailor each site to our clients needs to include any of the normal inhouse roles you may require assistance with.  This then frees up valuable time on other projects for our clients, to ensure the focus of your business is always where it needs to be.   This Maintenance & Adoption Work would therefore include (either some or all) of the following elements –   

• Liaisons to undertake maintenance and adoption inspections with adopting bodies. 

• Liaisons with commercial, technical and build teams to have any remedial works to be completed. 

• Obtaining any information required as part of Adoption Packages of information (Such as a Health & Safety file or As Built Survey information etc). 

• Obtaining written confirmation of Maintenance &/or Adoption Certificates to reduce or cancel bonds.
